On Tuesday 10th of November I was in poundland with my daughter buying some bits for my other daughters hen night when we got to the checkout the assistant a young man called andy brown was tapping his fingers obviously having a bad day my daughter was trying to find her purse when she asked if there was a problem he said I expect customers to have there money ready bad manners or what I don't expect to get spoken to like that in any shop I have worked in retail for one of the big 4 for 20 years you just wouldn't get away with it pounland teach your staff some manners well this assistant anyway I will be going to b&m in future
